Our Goal
Chief Architect
Develop a compelling promotional vision video and graphics mockup to captivate potential investors for the transformation of a historic Folsom building. The intention is to give life to an exciting blueprint that promises a vibrant mix of retail shops, a high-end rooftop restaurant and steakhouse, and inclusive community spaces.

Vision Mockup
We will create a graphic mockups to visualize the proposed changes. These will serve as valuable assets for presentations and social media campaigns, augmenting the video's impact and reaching a wider audience. Through this visual proposal, we aim to stimulate interest and attract the necessary funding to revitalize the historic building, ultimately turning it into a bustling hub that amplifies Folsom's charm and attracts increased patronage.
Drone Footage
We will capture drone footage for the purposes of blending with the vision mockup designs to be used as compelling standalone materials in investor presentations.
Promo Video
The video mockup will be a dynamic blend of architectural sketches/animation, and live-action shots, all aimed at visualizing the end product. This immersive experience will provide an accurate and engaging representation of our vision for the revitalized space. Interspersed within this visual journey will be supporting statements from business owners, influential community members, and our project founder. These testimonials will emphasize the project's positive socioeconomic impacts, reinforcing the appeal and importance of the investment opportunity.
